Contract awarded to supply a large number of static and portable U/W Detection Arrays for the protection of offshore rigs and coastal energy terminals.

As far as we understand this is the largest contract ever to be awarded by the Oil and Gas industry sector.

Applications include ROV, AUV and over-side vessel mount versions for shallow- and deep-water applications.

October 2010 – Neptune Sonar launches new website

Neptune Sonar have launched a new website to showcase their expanding product range.

With a streamlined new look and improved navigation, the new site is also fully integrated with the online product catalogue, enabling visitors to browse the product range and access product datasheets, including drawings, technical data and sample measurements.

September 2010 – New Workshop

During the early part of 2010, Neptune Sonar Limited decided to invest in a new manufacturing workshop to go along side its current transducer manufacturing facilities at its site at Kelk Lake, East Yorkshire.

The three hundred square metre building will house a composite transducer laboratory, machine shop, general workshop and pressure test facilities and will be completed in November 2010.
