:: CALIBRATION FACILITIES / Raft Construction
1. 20.01.2004 Original Facility, constructed in 1993. 2. 29.01.2004 Old Store Room being removed. 3. 30.01.2004 Old Laboratory being removed. 4. 02.02.2004 Old Raft Platform, lifted out of water. 5. 03.02.2004 Site cleared, ready for new facility. 6. 09.02.2004 New raft steel work arrives. 7. 10.02.2004 Floatation for raft arrives. 8. 16.02.2004 Centre Platform assembled and lifted into water.
9. 16.02.2004 Platform Ends assembled and lifted into water. 10. 16.02.2004 Platform Ends fixed to Centre Platform. 11. 17.02.2004 Walk-Ways assembled and fixed into place. 12. 18.02.2004 Raft Structure completed. 13. 23.02.2004 Erection of Buildings start. 14. 27.02.2004 Laboratory almost complete. 15. 05.03.2004 Both building’s erected and roof fitted. 16. 08.03.2004 External doors being fitted.
17. 12.03.2004 Windows, interior and air-conditioning unit installed. 18. 15.03.2004 Lifting Hoist and Winch being tested and approved. 19. 19.03.2004 Installation of all calibration equipment and software. 20. 31.03.2004 Completion of calibration facility, On-Time! and In-Budget!        

 2. 29.01.2004 Old Store Room being removed.
